‘Pre-Pay’ is a pay annual maintenance and support solution designed to provide you with access to a centralised helpdesk and team of engineers that are always on hand and ready to help.
We can solve the majority of reported problems within 30 minutes of receipt and can provide on-site or remote assistance whenever needed.
Our ‘Pre-Pay’ support packages include a pre-chosen amount of IT support. Whenever you need help, just call or send us an email and one of our experienced London based support staff will be on hand to assist. ‘Pre-Pay’ provides you with a team of people always on call, ready for those times when you need help most. Our staff are available to troubleshoot and fix pretty much anything IT related that you can throw at them including Desktop PC, Server, Printing, Software and Networking problems. The amount of support given is simply deducted from your total annual allowance. This support is usually taken as full or half day site visits, or hourly for remote support and you can use your allowance for pretty much any kind of IT work that you need help with.
All of our ‘Pre-Pay’ support packages include free of charge access to our telephone helpline service, so even if you have run out of support sessions and don’t want to upgrade to a higher package, you will still have someone you can call for phone support.
